It’s about to storm hard at my home in Virginia. I made it back to the house just in time. So I have to make this quick.
If you have never heard of John T. Reed, then you have a lot of reading to do over the next few hours. I recently bought one of John’s books, and it is phenomenal. He is my type of guy. I spent the last few days reading EVERY article in his website. I’ve learned more about real-estate investing in the last few days than I had in the last few years. And I’ve even made a few real-estate deals.
